CANCELATION POLICY
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before and/or no shows will be charged for 50% of the service.
LATE POLICY
Because appointments are often scheduled back to back, there is a 10 minute grace period from the start time of your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no show
